At dinner time, working mothers don't have much time to prepare complicated dishes. That is why we propose a very simple and healthy recipe for children from squid skewers to take care of infant feeding.

Grilled squid are very healthy, since by not using sauces or accompaniments, they reduce the fats that cause childhood obesity. In addition, squid are a fish that provides nutrients such as proteins and minerals.

  • 500 gr. squid
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • 1 lemon

Tips: You can use other spices to your liking, such as rosemary or give it a spicy touch with chilli or pepper.

1. Clean the squid well, empty it and discard the inside. Cut them into cubes of the same size. Pierce the squid on the skewer sticks

2. Pour a little oil into the pan over medium heat. When it is hot, place the squid skewers, leave them for a few minutes and turn them so that it is done equally everywhere.

3. Pour a splash of oil into a mortar with a few parsley leaves, a pinch of salt, a dash of lemon and the garlic clove. Mash everything well to form a sauce.

4. Remove the skewers from the pan, pour the sauce over them and serve immediately.
